Within our catering service we offer a wide variety of foods for you to choose from.  For an informal setting, we can serve a pizza buffet, but if the event calls for a more formal dinner, we can serve Prime Rib!  You name it, we can do it!! All of our menu selections are prepared in-house by our chef.  The menu selections are set up and served in the Living Room by one of our banquet servers.  Your Banquet server assists each group through their entire event to ensure freshness of food as well as keeping the food stocked. 

The Living Room provides a fully stocked bar and during your event, you have your own personal bartender taking care of your group.  Bar packages can be customized for each group depending on the groups needs.  Some of the most popular options to choose from are the Open Bar Service, charges are based on consumption, Drink Ticket service, and each guest receives a predetermined number of tickets.  Charges are based on ticket redemption, and cash bar set up, all guests are responsible for their own beverages. 

With the purchase of one of our Banquets, you receive tea and lemonade service with your meal.  We also offer soda service in the Living Room. We serve 20oz coke products to those wishing to have a non-alcoholic beverage.
